At Emy’s Creations, we prepare our baked goods with care to ensure you enjoy them fresh and delicious.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Cairo and Giza.

However, the following areas are considered Out of Zone:

  • El Marg

  • Helwan

  • 15 May City

  • Degla Palms, 6th of October

  • Badr City

  • Ezbet El Nakhl

  • Bashtil

  • El Hawamdeya

  • Nahia

  • Kerdasa

  • Kafr Ghattati

  • Mansha’et El Bakari

2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered the next day after the order is placed.

Please note that Fridays are our weekly day off, and deliveries are not available on Fridays.

3. Shipping Fees

For regular delivery areas, our delivery fee is a flat rate of EGP 65 per order.

For Out of Zone areas, delivery is arranged through an external courier service via inDrive. The delivery fee is determined by the rate provided by the app.

4. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay in cash when your order arrives.

  • Online Card Payment: Pay securely by card through our website at checkout.

  • InstaPay on Delivery: Pay via InstaPay directly to the delivery representative when your order arrives.

5. Delivery Issues
