In the rare case that something goes wrong, we are happy to replace or refund the affected items, under the following conditions:

2️⃣ Contact us on WhatsApp and send a clear image of your order showing the issue.
3️⃣ Choose refund or replacement for the damaged products.
4️⃣ Our courier will collect the affected items before a refund or replacement is issued.

Products that arrive damaged.
Wrong item(s) sent by us.

Products that have been consumed or partially consumed cannot be refunded or replaced.
Refunds are not available for taste preferences.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

Products are best consumed within 24 hours of delivery (or stored as per our recommendations).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
